Shipping Policy – CI Baby (India)

At CI Baby, we aim to deliver your little one’s essentials to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery within India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through a trusted courier aggregator to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, festive load, or courier delays).

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free or minimal shipping charges based on your order value and delivery location. Final shipping costs (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. However, a prepaid courier fee is applicable for all COD orders. This fee will be displayed during checkout and must be paid online before the order is shipped.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your delivery in real time. You can also track your order from the "Track Order" section on our website.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all promised timelines, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively communicate the delay via email, SMS, or phone.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
